Terms for using nriaasthi.com and the property service portal.

These Terms of Use govern access to nriaasthi.com, the owner portal, mobile apps, admin tools, communications, and related property management workflows. By using the service, creating an account, accepting an invitation, submitting a request, uploading documents, or approving work, you agree to these Terms.

If you use nriaasthi on behalf of a property owner, co-owner, company, tenant, vendor, or professional services provider, you confirm that you have authority to act for that person or organization.

nriaasthi helps coordinate NRI property workflows including property onboarding, assessments, tenant screening, leasing, rent tracking, maintenance, inspections, document packet handling, plot monitoring, sale lead support, tax consultation coordination, and related owner communication.

The platform is an operational coordination system. Some services may require separate scope approval, third-party provider participation, professional review, local access, owner authorization, or payment before work begins.

You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure, maintaining current contact information, and notifying nriaasthi if you suspect unauthorized account access.

nriaasthi may restrict, suspend, or terminate access if an account appears compromised, misused, inactive, unlawful, or inconsistent with the role assigned to that user.

Property owners and authorized representatives are responsible for submitting accurate property details, ownership context, identity records, tenant information, access instructions, and documents requested for a workflow.

By uploading documents or approving work, you authorize nriaasthi and assigned service participants to use those materials for the requested property service. Do not upload documents you are not allowed to share.

Fees, service estimates, vendor costs, maintenance costs, rent records, tax consultation charges, or other payment terms may be shown in the platform, sent by email, or agreed separately. You are responsible for reviewing the scope and charges before approving paid work.

Tenant rent payments, vendor invoices, banking activity, tax filings, legal filings, and government or society processes may involve third parties. nriaasthi is not responsible for delays, rejections, policies, or failures controlled by those third parties.

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious content, interfere with platform security, impersonate another person, submit false records, harass service participants, or use the platform for unlawful activity.

You may not scrape, copy, resell, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the platform except as expressly allowed in writing by nriaasthi.

nriaasthi may help route legal, tax, compliance, documentation, and real estate workflows, but platform content and operational notes are not legal, tax, financial, valuation, title, or investment advice. Qualified professionals should review matters that require professional judgment.

The service is provided on an as available basis. nriaasthi works to maintain reliable workflows, but does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free records, a particular tenant, rent amount, sale result, legal outcome, tax outcome, or third-party response time.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, nriaasthi will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for losses caused by inaccurate user submissions, third-party actions, delayed approvals, unavailable property access, or events outside reasonable control.

nriaasthi may update these Terms, modify services, remove content, or terminate access when needed for security, legal compliance, operational integrity, or service discontinuation. These Terms are intended to be governed by applicable laws of India, with disputes subject to courts with appropriate jurisdiction in Hyderabad, Telangana, unless a mandatory law provides otherwise.
